Hunter Zolomon, known as Zoom, is a villainous speedster from Earth-2 in The CW's "The Flash," part of the Arrowverse. He is portrayed by Teddy Sears, with Tony Todd providing the distorted voice.

Zolomon initially masquerades as Jay Garrick, the Flash of Earth-2, to gain the trust of Team Flash and learn more about their weaknesses. His true identity and malicious intentions are eventually revealed.

Driven by a warped desire to make the Flash a better hero, Zoom terrorizes Central City, believing that loss and tragedy are necessary catalysts for growth. He possesses super-speed powers derived from a Velocity serum and later stabilized through the Speed Force.

Zoom first appears in *The Flash* TV series, specifically in the episode "The Man Who Saved Central City" (Season 2, Episode 1) initially under the guise of Jay Garrick.
